1. There should be no less than 1 meter of space around the Huaquan generator, and ventilation windows should be left at the water tank end according to the size of the water tank core.
2. When building the machine room, users should pre-embed the I-beam for lifting on the roof above the unit (not required for ≤250KW) for future maintenance.
3. The foundation of the Huaquan generator should be built on hard ground. After compaction, a 200mm thick concrete floor should be made, and the ground should be flat.
4. The inner diameter of the exhaust pipe of the unit should not be less than the exhaust port diameter of the diesel engine. The number of elbows should not exceed 3, and the angle of the elbow should be greater than 90 degrees. The exhaust pipe should have a support or a hoisting bracket to ensure that the silencer and supercharger of the unit are not stressed.
5. The machine room should be well ventilated, the floor should be flat and non-slip, and fire extinguishers and other fire-fighting tools should be available in the machine room.
